GIFT FOR KOREA FROM TEXAS ARRIVES AT TACIKAWA AB: Capt. Simon (seated) and Capt. Whistler Inspect Tractor. Capt. Thomas Simon (seated) and Capt. John C. Whistler inspect a Minneapolis-Moline tractor in the belly of a C-130 plane. The tractor and a plow (not visible) are a gift for the Orphanage Home of Korea in Seoul. The tractor is a gift from the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Texas, while the plow was donated by Graham Plow, Inc., of Amarillo, TX. The cargo arrived at Tachikawa Air Base in the Hercules plane piloted by Capt. Simon.
